Hello there! I'm Emilee Thomas, 5th Grade's TA. I joined Ascent's wonderful team Feb. 2023 and have been in love with my job ever since. Each day, I'm more impressed and touched by the imagination, skills, kindness, and dreams our 5th-grade friends have and share with each other and those around them.

As for my teaching experience, I've helped train new employees at previous jobs and worked for two years as a Writing Lab Tutor at Snow College, where I received my Associate's Degree.  I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Secondary Art Education at Utah Valley University. My hobbies include drawing comics, doing arts/crafts, reading and writing novels, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my fluffy, white cat named Stormy.
